Fitwinkel x Mediant

Last Friday, March 14, was dedicated to collaboration, connection, and giving back to the community. With a number of colleagues from Fitwinkel and Mediant, we rolled up our sleeves to refurbish the pétanque court at Mediant's Vogelkwartier location. We also filled and redecorated the planters, so that the outdoor area looks fresh and inviting again!

After a morning of hard work, it was time to enjoy a delicious lunch together with the visitors and other volunteers. This gave us an opportunity to exchange stories, get to know each other better, and connect with one another.

After lunch, of course, there was time for a game of pétanque!

Mediant is committed daily to mental health care and offers support to people who need it. At Fitwinkel, everything revolves around physical health and an active lifestyle. Together, we believe that a healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand. That's why we found it so valuable to give something back through Fitwinkel Charity to the people receiving care at Mediant.
