The Flow Fitness Racer DSB600i Speed Bike
is the perfect combination of strength, agility and endurance training. This advanced speed bike will improve your fitness at record speed and keep you in shape.
Training on the Racer DSB600i
The Flow Fitness Racer DSB600i has 32 computer-controlled resistance levels and no less than 19 programs. Three programs of these are heart rate controlled. You can track your heart rate using a heart rate belt that is recognized by the 5 kHz heart rate receiver. This heart rate belt is not supplied as standard with the indoor cycle.

Training with your favorite apps
In addition to the 19 training programs on the indoor cycle, you can use apps such as Kinomap and iConsole. Install your favorite app on your tablet or smartphone and link it to the Racer DSB600i via Bluetooth. Then place your tablet or smartphone in the holder on the handlebar and start training.
Silent and smooth
During a workout on this indoor cycle from Flow Fitness you quickly notice that it is completely silent. The 20 kg heavy flywheel is so accurately balanced that it does not create vibrations. This, in combination with the belt drive, ensures that a workout on the DSB600i always runs smoothly.
Ergonomics
The Flow Fitness Racer DSB600i Speed Bike is designed so that you can always adopt an ergonomically sound posture. Both the handlebars and the saddle are vertically and horizontally adjustable. In addition, the pedals are equipped with an SPD click system and a toe clip that you can use with any shoe. So slipping during your workout is a thing of the past.

Move with Kinomap
The Kinomap app gives you a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when you go downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed or use the multiplayer mode to have races with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. Kinomap also easily links you to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you record all your workouts in one overview.
To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
Note: Kinomap is free to use for the first 7 days, after that you can take out a paid subscription.

"Op 23 november 2023 heb ik de Flow Fitness DSB600i indoor cycle aangeschaft. Ik ben er erg enthousiast over. Met behulp van Kinomap kan ik keuze maken uit routes over de hele wereld. De zwaarte van de instelling van de fiets gaat automatisch, maar naar mijn idee niet zo zwaar als het in werkelijkheid is. Ik stel hem dan ook wat zwaarder in als ik een route rijd. Naast de keuze van routes kun je ook trainingsprogramma's kiezen en ook dat werkt fantastisch. Kortom ik ben erg ingenomen met mijn spinningfiets. Montage is een fluitje van een cent."

"In februari 2020 deze fiets gekocht bij fitwinkel in Hengelo. Fijne service en goed geholpen inmiddels is de fiets ruim 3 jaar oud en al die tijd goed gebruikt geweest. Tijdens de garantie periode heb ik twee mankementen gehad en die werden snel en vakkundig verholpen. (Bluetooth module kapot en multiriem geknapt) I-console vind ik persoonlijk niks, Kinomap vond ik leuker. Helaas kon de fiets niet rechtstreeks met Zwift of Rouvy overweg, maar dat kan gelukkig wel via een derde applicatie de QZ-app (qdomynos-Zwift) geweldig! De fiets heeft na drie jaar wel wat onderhoud nodig met name het frame en de verchroomde delen zijn erg gevoelig voor roest, ondanks dat deze na elke sessie worden schoongemaakt en gedroogd. Ook moet de multiriem weer worden vervangen, maar als je handig bent, kun je dat prima zelf. Al met al een tevreden gebruiker. Ik geef 4 sterren ipv 5, dit heeft te maken met de roestgevoelligheid."

"3 weken geleden deze Speed Bike aangeschaft in Arnhem na een goede uitleg konden we de fiets gelijk meenemen. Thuis geïnstalleerd en echt alles zit er bij, helaas was er een klein mankement aan de fiets maar na telefonische contact met de winkel was het snel opgelost en hebben binnen een week een nieuwe fiets ontvangen. En deze is super al een week op getraind en voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Top service"
