The double-stitched Harbinger weightlifting belt is extra wide and stabilises your lower back during exercises such as squats and deadlifts. Because the belt has a firm surface, overstretching during recoil,during exercises where you eject the weights upwards, is prevented. The power lifting belt fits snugly at the ribcage and hip,allowing you to bend and twist sideways as well. For optimal comfort, the inner lining of the leather belt is made of cushioning suede. The exclusive of foam cushioning and suede inner lining improves comfort and helps keep muscles warm. The wide steel roller buckle locks the belt securely. Small: 93x 15 cm is suitable for a waist between 58 and 81 cm.

Medium: 104 x 15 cm is suitable for a waist between 71 cm and 93 cm.

Large: 117 x 15 cm is suitable for a waist between 84 and 107 cm.

X-Large: 130 x 15 cm is suitable for a waist between 97 and 119 cm.
