The integrated loop is heavily stitched for extra strength and the 5mm thick foam cushion protects your hand while lifting. The edges of the straps are stitched, preventing fraying. The Harbinger Women's Padded Lifting Straps are 53 cm long and 3.8 cm wide. One size fits all.
