The Muscle Power EZ Curl Bar Basic is a barbell designed specifically to train your upper arms. The special notched shape of the bar makes it easy to grip during exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, preacher curls, and more.
The big advantage of this bar is that the tension on your forearms is reduced thanks to the specific shape of the bar. This makes the chance of annoying (overuse) injuries in the forearms much smaller than when doing these exercises with a "normal" straight barbell.
These barbells will last the longest if not thrown around.
The screws in these barbells need to be tightened every now and then.
