The Muscle Power Olympic Triceps Trainer with a diameter of 50 mm and length of 86 cm is suitable for all weight plates with a bore up to 51 mm.
The triceps trainer has a smooth weight plate holder, making it easy and fast to change weights. This triceps bar is the ideal training bar for quick development of the triceps. Additionally, the bar is ball bearing mounted for a smooth movement, and the handles are equipped with knurling for a secure and firm grip. The triceps trainer has a weight of approximately 9.5 kg.
