SKLZ Pro Knit Mini Band - Medium

The SKLZ Pro Knit Mini Band helps improve mobility and strength for training your

upper and lower body during warm-ups or workouts. This can be done at home, as well as in the park or anywhere else. Mini bands are usually worn around the ankles for leg exercises, but can also

be placed around the wrists for shoulder training. Mini bands are designed as a versatile training tool

for a variety of movements, the bands will create the ideal difficulty level for an effective workout.
