The SKLZ Quick Speed Ladder Pro is the ladder to replace all other speed ladders.
The design is inspired by Chinese folding art, making it foldable so that the Quick Speed Ladder Pro
fits in your hand. The ladder has a durable construction and the speed ladder does not get tangled
due to its special folding construction.
The quick speed ladder improves your speed,
explosiveness, balance, agility and lateral movements, thus suitable for any sport in which you want
to improve these skills. You can use the speed ladder during warm-up and/or training sessions. It is
also possible to extend the ladder with several ladders. You can make the ladder longer or put two
next to each other for even more variation in your training sessions. With the included metal hooks,
the ladder can easily be fixed in the ground outside, so that the ladder does not move during
exercise. The ladder is 3 metres long, it has 7 steps of 53 centimetres wide and 43 cm long. Besides
the ladder, this set includes a handy storage bag and instruction booklet with exercises for warm-up,
training and recovery. The horizontal steps are made of durable plastic, allowing the athlete to stand
on the ladder without breaking it.
