The SKLZ Quickster Soccer Trainer - Football Trainer helps players improve passing,
taking on and unwinding the ball in the air or on the ground. The unique design allows practice on
both sides of the football trainer. On one side, a small net is attached, measuring 1.80 metres wide
and 0.50 metres high. This net helps train passing and accepting the ball on the ground. On the other
side, a large net is attached, measuring 1.80 metres wide and 1.20 metres high. This net helps train
taking on the ball from the air and working on the volley. The football is reflected back through the net at the right speed for continuous repetition of the exercise. The football trainer is lightweight,
easy to assemble and disassemble and therefore easy to add to any football training. When
disassembled, the football trainer can be stored in the included carrying bag that takes up little
space. The football trainer is suitable for different surfaces, all ages and levels allowing anyone and
everywhere to train with the football trainer.
