It teaches players to position the feet correctly for passing the ball, direction to the basket and catch the ball in motion. The solo assist is very mobile and lightweight, making it easy to adjust exercises during a training session. The convenient click system makes it easy to fold and unfold the solo assist. Three non-slip surfaces are attached to the underside of the solo assist to ensure the trampoline stays in place.
