De Toorx Aerobic Step Training kun je cardiovasculaire systeem en als je spieren op hoge intensiteit laten werken waardoor je veel calorieën verbrand. Zo kun je de stepper gebruiken voor krachtoefeningen maar ook voor oefeningen zonder gewicht. De Aerobic step training is in twee verschillende hoogtes verstelbaar, zodat je de intensiteit zelf kunt bepalen. De aerobic step is in te stellen tot 10 en 15 cm. Hij heeft een afmeting van 68 x 28 x 15 cm op zijn hoogste stand. De stepper is voorzien van een anti-slip oppervlak zodat je niet zomaar van de stepper afglijd.
