The VirtuFit Adjustable Backstretcher is for anyone who regularly has back pain or has a sedentary job. By stretching your back you relieve pain, improve your posture and relax your back. This is because you open your intervertebral discs when you sit with your back on the backstretcher.
Because this opening becomes larger, there is less pressure on your nerves and you prevent them from becoming pinched. As a result the pain in your back will decrease and your back will become more supple. By doing this regularly, you create a better posture. This will make you feel fitter and more vital. You will experience less pain and it will have positive effects in the long run.
In addition, the backstretcher has a massaging function because it is covered with small nubs. The feeling of these spines on your back can be compared with acupuncture. The center of the backstretcher has a soft massage pad for extra comfort.
You can use the backstretcher lying down or place it against the back of your office chair. Sit with your back on the rounding. This curve can be adjusted to 3 different heights. The higher the position, the further you ""stretch"" your back. The following heights are possible: 6, 9 and 11 cm.
