Variation
The set consists of many different weight plates where you can easily decide for yourself how much weight you want to train with. This makes it very easy to add a lot of variation to your workout and/or build up slowly. We advise you not to increase the weights too quickly because of injuries that may prevent you from training for a while. VirtuFit's dumbbell sets are of high quality and come with a 2-year warranty.
- Please note that the barbell closers are in the same tube as the barbell. They sometimes get stuck there when unpacking. Shine a light in the tube if you miss the closers.
