Below are just a few examples of exercises you can perform with the VirtuFit Adjustable Hurdles:

Sprint 1 in each:
Sprint forward, placing one foot between each hurdle.

Forward 2 feet in each:
Run forward, placing both feet together between the hurdles.

Lateral 2 feet in each:
Move sideways, placing both feet between each hurdle.

Forward single leg hops:
Hop over all the hurdles on one leg.

Lateral double leg hops:
Jump sideways with both legs together over each hurdle.

Forward weave:
Zigzag forward through the hurdles.

Jump quarter turn:
Make a quarter turn and squat after each hurdle.

Forward speed hops:
Hop forward with both feet together over each hurdle.

Lateral high knees to crossover sprint:
Perform high-knee sideways steps over the hurdles, finishing between them with both feet before transitioning into a crossover sprint.
