The VirtuFit Balance Trainer Pro - with Fitness Stretchers and Pump helps you to strengthen the muscles around your ankles, knees and hips.
In addition, with a few simple exercises you can improve your stability and coordination which will also strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. While performing these exercises, you can train your arm or shoulder muscles by doing bicep curls with the fitness elastics, for example.
The Stability Trainer has a load capacity of up to 150 kg, has a diameter of 58 cm and is 25 cm high. The Stability Trainer is shaped like a fitness ball with a sturdy plastic base. The half fitness ball can be inflated with the included fitness pump.
You can use the balance trainer on two sides. If you use the flat side, you will focus specifically on your balance during a workout. If you use the convex side, you will make your push-ups a lot more intensive. So you can do a lot of exercises with it.
