The dumbbell set consists of:

• 4 weight plates of 3 kg

• 4 weight plates of 2 kg

• 4 weight plates of 1 kg

• 2 dumbbell bars of 1.5 kg

• 4 spinlock collars of 0.25 kg

It is important to always secure the plates tightly with the included spinlock collars for your own safety. In the beginning, you may not yet have balance in the muscles you are training, which can cause you to tilt the dumbbell(s) and risk the plates sliding off. If you are just starting with strength training, we also recommend not starting too heavy. This can lead to muscle overload and, eventually, injuries. The plates have a 30 mm bore.
