VirtuFit Curl Bar - EZ Barbell - 120 cm - Spring Clip - 30 mm

The VirtuFit Curl bar 120 cm spring clip 30 mm easily brings your hands into a natural training position. You hold the W shape of this barbell with your wrists turned slightly inward. This ergonomic position reduces the pressure on your wrists and forearms when bending your arms. This reduces your risk of injuries such as golfer's elbow. You also put a slightly different emphasis on the muscles you are training.

Exercises

The VirtuFit Curl bar 120 cm spring clip 30 mm you use for various exercises, both with an underhand and an overhand grip. Think for example of a biceps curl, preacher curl, reverse curl, upright row and overhead triceps extension. These exercises make the curl bar great for training different muscles in your arms. Like other dumbbells, you use the curl bar with weights. You choose your own load and set your own challenge.

Load capacity and warranty

This VirtuFit Curl bar has an inner dimension of 82 cm and 19 cm on both sides to load discs. The bar weighs 6 kg and is loadable to 150 kg. The bar has a 2-year warranty. It is suitable for discs with a 30 mm bore. These discs are not included with the bar. The spring clip closers you use to secure the discs are included in the box.

Please note that the spring clip closers can get stuck in the tube. Check carefully to make sure they are not stuck somewhere.
