With the included spring clip closures, you change the weight on your dumbbell bar easily and quickly. The dumbbell bar has a ribbed handle that fits well in your hand and gives you plenty of grip during heavy-duty exercises. The long, smooth disc holders give plenty of room for a solid workout. These sturdy dumbbell bars come with a 2-year warranty.

De gewichten zijn makkelijk te verwisselen door de handige daaischroeven, ook blijft alles zo stevig op zijn plek. Al met al is dit een hartstikke fijne dumbellstang die ik iedereen aanbeveel!"
