The VirtuFit Filter Balls make the maintenance of your 800 G/H sand filter pump significantly easier. While traditional sand is heavy and can clump over time, these balls remain light and permeable, reducing the pressure on your pump. The balls are easy to wash (without detergent or fabric softener). You can wash them by hand or in a washing machine in a laundry bag at 30°C. With regular maintenance, they last a very long time. For best results, we recommend rinsing the balls every two weeks during the high season. This way, you enjoy optimally filtered water without constantly having to buy new cartridges or sand.
