The VirtuFit Hexagon Agility Grid consists of a set of 6 plastic hexagons in a handy storage bag. You easily connect the individual hexagons using the black clips included. Finished with your exercises? Simply detach the hexagons and put them back in the bag.
Create Endless Patterns
Because the set consists of separate hexagons that you connect yourself, you can use all your creativity when coming up with exercises. Create a speed ladder by placing the rings back to back or place them further apart to jump from ring to ring. Jump forwards, backwards, on one foot or on two feet. The possibilities are endless.
