The VirtuFit Mini Bands combine compactness, versatility and quality. These fitness bands are ideal for both beginners and advanced athletes and can be used in a variety of workouts. Whether you want to improve your strength, stability, or mobility, these mini bands add extra resistance to your exercises with ease. Thanks to their compact size, you can easily take them with you on holiday or to an outdoor training session.
Targeted and effective training
The VirtuFit mini bands are highly effective for activating muscle groups or as part of your warm-up or cool-down routine. Think of strengthening the glutes, hips, shoulders or legs. You can also use the bands to increase the difficulty of existing exercises such as squats or lunges. You determine the intensity yourself: the set consists of three bands, each with its own resistance level.
Dimensions and resistance levels
All mini bands are 50 cm long and 5 cm wide. The thickness and resistance vary per band:
- Red (Light) – 50 x 5 x 0.04 cm, resistance 9 to 16 kg
- Green (Medium) – 50 x 5 x 0.06 cm, resistance 16 to 18 kg
- Blue (Strong) – 50 x 5 x 0.1 cm, resistance 20 to 22.5 kg
