VirtuFit Slam Balls are perfect for integrating into your CrossFit training. The slam ball optimally enhances both your endurance and muscle strength.
During the “slamming” on the ground, the ball won't just roll away due to its iron sand filling, and the PVC material ensures that the floor is not damaged. Additionally, the VirtuFit slam balls feature a rough outer surface, providing a firm grip. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Effective Slam Ball Training
With a slam ball, it's possible to build your endurance, strengthen muscles, and improve balance in one workout. Since the ball doesn't bounce, you have to use many muscles every time you pick it up. Additionally, the ball can be used as a medicine ball for various core exercises. You can even use the ball as a wall ball. This makes the exercises endless with just one slam ball!
