The VirtuFit Standing Punching Bag is your perfect training partner that is ready for you day and night.
The punching bag is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their punching or kicking technique. By training with a punching bag you improve your strength, endurance, reaction and coordination.
The advantage of this boxing pole is that it is freestanding so you can put it anywhere. Because of its length of 170 cm it is ideal for both low and high kicks. To train as stable as possible, you can fill the foot of the boxing pole with sand.
It is important to use only dry sand and to provide the foot with an inner bag. This can be a ready-made package with sand that still has the bag around it, a garbage bag with loose sand or another creative solution. By doing so, you will extend the life of your punching bag!

"Prima bokspaal. Je kunt er volgens mij ongeveer 90 kilo zand in zetten zodat het stevig blijft staan. Ik heb er zelf 75 (3 x 25) in gegooid, kost je 7,50 ofzo. Ik ben zelf 1.78m, dus voor mij heeft het een prima hoogte. Ik kan er lekker hard op rammen en dan nog blijft ie beter overeind dan de paal op de sportschool. Check wel af en toe of nog alle touwtjes goed zitten, om te voorkomen dat ie beschadigd raakt. In deze Corona tijd een perfecte optie voor in mijn achtertuin, maar ik zou 'm zelfs in een slaspkamer kunnen gebruiken, denk ik. Ik ben er heel blij mee."
