VirtuFit Tricep Rope

With VirtuFit Triceps Rope you will optimally train your arm and shoulder muscles, among other things. The rope is made of heavy duty nylon and contains two PVC ends that ensure your hands do not slip off the rope. You attach the triceps rope to any pulley or strength station using a musketon hook. Its flexibility allows you to pull the rope down and then out. This ensures that you train both the short and long part of the triceps. In this way, you train your triceps optimally. But of course, the triceps pulldown is not the only exercise you can perform with the rope.
