.The VirtuFit Boxing Bag Wall Bracket with Stretch Bar is made of strong steel with a loadable weight of no less than 150 kg. The very sturdy attachment system with multiple attachment points allows you to train safely with 100% certainty. The bracket is designed for very regular use and can easily handle the most powerful punches and kicks.

.The wall support has a length of 40 cm and has a distance of 58.5 cm from the wall. This wall bracket from VirtuFit is quite easy to mount with the included mounting material.
