De LMX1080 Crossmaxx Nordic Bench is speciaal ontwikkeld voor het uitvoeren van Nordic hamstring curls. Deze bench heeft een lage instap en zit dicht bij de grond, wat zorgt voor een stabiele en comfortabele houding tijdens de oefening.
De voetrollen zijn verstelbaar in zes posities, zodat je de bench eenvoudig kunt afstellen op jouw lichaamslengte. Daarnaast kun je resistance bands bevestigen aan de geïntegreerde bevestigingspunten, om ondersteuning te bieden bij het uitvoeren van de oefening.
