The Muscle Power Olympic Super Curl Bar is a barbell specially designed for training the upper arms. Compared to the MP820, the MP822 features a special serrated shape in the barbell, making it easy to grip during exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, preacher curls, and more.

The great advantage is that the tension on the forearms is reduced by the specific shape of the barbell. This significantly reduces the risk of annoying (overuse) injuries in the forearms compared to doing these exercises with a ""normal"" straight barbell.
