The VirtuFit adjustable jump rope has plastic handles of 19.5 x 3.7 cm with a non-slip coating. They are therefore well in the hand and feel comfortable. The length of the skipping rope you can easily adjust with the adjustment buttons on the side. The skipping rope is suitable for people of almost any height because it is adjustable up to 280 cm.
While jumping, the counter keeps track of your number of jumps so you get an overview of your activity.
