Product description
VirtuFit Speedrope / Jumping rope is specially designed to rotate at a high rotation speed. This makes the jump rope perfect for example double-unders and for the advanced even triple-unders.
The cable is made of flexible PVC which is very flexible but does not wear out quickly. Because of the adjusting screws attached to the cable, the cable is easy to adjust to the desired length which makes the VirtuFit Speedrope / Skipping rope can be used by persons of any height. The handles are made of hardened and ergonomic plastic so they won't break if you drop them once.
Training with this jump rope will improve stamina, balance and responsiveness.
Adjusting the VirtuFit Skipping Rope
1. Unscrew the adjustment screws to adjust the cable.
2. Stand on the jump rope and bring the handles up to armpit height.
3. Pull the cable tight and lower the adjustment screws to armpit height.
4. Tighten the screws securely.
The jump rope is now ready to use.
