The VirtuFit Battle Rope is a great addition to your workout assortment. It is impossible to imagine today's gyms without it.
This battle rope is made of sturdy polyester which is also very durable. The ends are equipped with handles for an extra comfortable grip. You can use the fitness rope both indoors and outdoors.
The advantage of a battle rope compared to a kettlebell is that there are no rest periods so you train your muscles continuously. You burn a lot of calories, improve your endurance, improve your core stability and you train your whole body.
After training you simply roll up the battle rope and hang it up or put it away.
