The yoga mat is suitable for hundreds of exercises thanks to its generous size of 183 x 61 cm. And with a thickness of 0.5 cm, the mat is very comfortable and has a cushioning effect which is good for your joints. The bottom of the mat is made of rubber which provides a good anti-slip layer so that it does not slide away during the exercises. The top is made of 100% natural cork. Cork feels comfortable and provides a good grip.
