For difficult yoga exercises, the VirtuFit Premium Cork Yoga Block serves as a support for your head, feet, knees, hands or back. It also makes it possible to do exercises where you normally lack stability or balance.
The block can be placed in two different ways so you have different heights to determine the degree of support. The rounded edges of the yoga block ensure a comfortable grip during your workout.
