The VirtuFit Premium Yoga Block increases your range of motion and gives you that extra push when you are not flexible enough for some exercises. It is also possible to make exercises more difficult by raising the surface, for example. But also relaxation exercises can be done by placing the yoga block under your pelvis or lower back. In this way you reduce stress, pain or fatigue.
Reduce the pressure on your wrists by using two yoga blocks for exercises where the weight rests on your hands. The weight is better distributed across your wrists by the EVA foam. Examples of exercises are the cobra, downward dog or plank.
The VirtuFit Premium Yoga Block is made of lightweight EVA Foam with a stamped logo in the same color. The edges are rounded for a fine and comfortable grip. Furthermore, the material has the advantage of having a non-slip surface to ensure a good grip.
